Mandarin Oranges

Our sweet Satsuma Mandarins are the first offering of the citrus season. Seedless, small in size, and easy to peel, these are a favorite of both young and old. An excellent way to ward of the first of the cold and flu season with an extra shot of natural vitamin C. Mandarin oranges make great holiday gifts for those not living in citrus country and for families with children. Mandarins and all of our citrus fruits are grown without chemical pesticides, fungicides, or fertilizers. We use cover crops and rotations of sheep and chickens to control vegetation and fertilize the orchards organically. Foliar feedings of minerals help to control other pests.
